The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide office furniture and related design, delivery and installation services for a newly-renovated work space. Specifically, we are looking for a firm to collaborate with SURS to finalize the layout and configuration of cubicles and/or case goods for three (3) different departments using a tentative layout provided by SURS. The vendor will also provide furniture for private offices, a break room, and other multi-purpose meeting areas.

SURS will execute a fixed price contract with the selected firm for the project. Firms should also submit a proposed hourly rate for any unexpected or additional work that SURS may require during or after the project is complete.
