Member Service Representative - Insurance Team

Main duties:

  • Administer State and Community College Insurance Programs
  • Act as liaison between The Department of Central Management Services, Morneau Shepell and SURS members
  • Establish and maintain insurance eligibility and demographic information for annuitants
  • Process survivor enrollments and Medicare coverage updates
  • Premium collection and reimbursement

Desirable Credentials and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or associate’s degree and at least one year of customer service experience, or high school diploma with three years of customer service related experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Mathematical background
  • Self- motivator
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organization skills
