SURS invites each agency to designate an individual- * who processes SURS claim requests to represent your agency at this workshop. The representative should be prepared to identify and share issues that impede the agency's ability to process required information in a timely manner. These issues may include, but are not limited to agency procedures, agency issues and SURS requirements. Attendees will participate in breakout sessions with SURS staff who are also working to identify any SURS procedures/requirements that may no longer be necessary or contribute to processing delays for our agencies. This is not an educational seminar. This is the initial discussion of an ongoing joint exploration of ideas and concepts that will allow SURS to better assist our agencies in the timely reporting of required information.
